Grace Requires Understanding, Inc. (GRU, Inc.) is a CARF certified agency providing:
• Family Living/Substitute Care
• Community Inclusion-Customized
• Community Supports-Individual
• Customized in Home Supports (Independent and Family)
• Respite Services
We serve individuals in Dona Ana, Otero, Luna, Hidalgo, Grant, Sierra, Catron and Socorro counties.
Our main office is in Las Cruces and we have satellite offices in Deming and Silver City.
Grace Requires Understanding, Inc. currently supports more than 100 individuals who live with Developmental Disabilities. Funding for our program comes from the Developmental Disabilities Medicaid Waiver administered by the New Mexico Department of Health and the New Mexico Human Services Department.
